The best food in Seattle while you're in a budget and the only place that you can walk in and get your dimsum fix. The food is delicious home made when you walk in there's a whole steam pan of shimai and dumplings hit fried foods and even noodles. The process is really easy you walk in and get a sheet. On the sheet you order the quantity of food you want to order and then you go the lady and hand them the slip they prepare your order and they set you free. You pay inside. It's a small restaurant so there's no seating around but in hinghay park there's tons of seating. ”

“ My go to for quick serve dim sum. You can order by marking a piece of paper for big orders or order with the person. They are to the point and efficient. There's some seating inside and a little spacious when there's no line. Looking forward to going again! ”

“ Came here on a rainy day and it was a bit busy. I order a variety of things including the shu mai, shrimp dumplings, and egg tart. Everything I had was super delicious. The food is also great value as everything was affordable. Great place for people on a budget. This will be a place I would love to come back to when I come back to Seattle. ”

“ - quick and delicious - Okay maybe not so quick when there is a long time, but I've waited for maybe 10 minutes around noon on Sunday to order my takeout. I got 2 egg tarts and 1 melon pan as the peanut mochi that I wanted was sold out. They have order slips by the entrance that you can use to tell them what you want for your order. It seems you can only pay cash if it's less than $10 dollars, so you can order more to use your card. My order was around $4.6. The egg tart has a super flaky crust, and it was small and thin compared to other places. The tart part was standard with no burnt marks or anything. It's basically small and mighty.. an old hk style egg tart. My husband ate the melon pan so I can't say anything about it lol. Definitely check it out if you are in the area for some quick dim sum takeout. ”

“ This is a great dim sum to go concept. There are about 3 to 4 tables for you to sit down and enjoy your selection right there and then but it is a small place. We prefer to get it to go and head back to our hotel and enjoy it there. We ordered pork shu mai, shrimp shu mai, chicken feet, hotdog buns, and shrimp rice rolls. The children loved the hot dog buns. My husband and I though the pork shu mai was the best. The size of the shu mai was big and for $1.20 each, it was a great deal. I even asked a local Chinese guy and he too recommended this place to me, not knowing I already had the pleasure of checking this place out. We went everyday we were in Seattle, it was worth it and consistent every time. They prefer cash, but can take a card if you spend a minimum, which wasn't a problem for us. I don't recall the minimum though. Just a side note, you do get charged for the togo box as well as chilli oil, but I recall it being minimal. ”

The small pieces of green onion were so flavorful, I wished there was more on it. Good experience overall. Limited vegetarian options. Overall, 4 stars for the great affordable prices. ”

You choose your dim sum by the piece, which is nice for trying different dishes. I've tried the sui mai, shrimp dumpling, bbq pork bun, and egg tart. I especially liked the bbq pork bun, but everything was tasty! If you're looking for a quick and affordable option for dim sum, I'd recommend checking Dim Sum King out! ”

“ What a gem in Chinatown Seattle. We needed a break from eating American food on our cruise to Alaska. This was the perfect spot to grab breakfast. Everything we tried tasted good. And can we appreciate the fact that you don't have to order 3-4 pieces. You order per piece! Prices are also very reasonable. $1.20-1.30 per piece. Soy Sauce is 25 cents. If you're ordering a lot, there's a printed menu where you pencil in what you want to order and you hand it to them at the counter. Wife spoke Chinese to order and they are the classic don't give a crap about customer service so that's when you know their food is too good for your money. ”
